hello! this is taily, head of the club penguin elite sqauds, also known as the cpes. although its new, i hope it will grow and grow 
. basicaly,this is how the ranking systems gonna work:
the elite squad is a squad of 5; me, and some others, and each of us are in charge of a squad. each sqaud has a captin, a luitennent, and 3rd 4th and 5th officers. all others will be in a squad, just without a rank.
we will be stopping all sorts of things like hacking, aswell as holding special events and partys, and so much more
