 Rules/Laws

these are the our rules for  cp, that you must not break. i am not going to go through teadias (i cant spell lol) things like “dont follow someone around and keep doing skulls to scare them” i will use a broader rule like “don’t delibrately scare other penguins or…”. ok enough of my rambles heres the rules: 

• Respect other penguins feelings (e.g. if you want to remove someone off your buddie list for space, make sure they are not online)
• Don’t dilebrately scare someone or make them feel in anyway uncomfortable, sad, threatened, or disturbed (see example above)
• DO NOT HACK! this is one of the main goals of this group; to stop hacking once and for all.
• if you see anyone publicly (or privataly) annonceing they hacked (e.g. vidoes on youtube, other wordpress blogs) report them and there PENGUIN name to both the captains and the mods (by means of the “report a bug” section on the website) remember to include links to where they proved they hacked. 
• if you come across a site that offers downloads of hacking progams, or have “coin makers” or ”penguin trackers” or anything like that, report that to captains (with a link of course) and then we will deal with it from there
• follow orders given by captains or supereor officers (captains override everyone bar taily) 
• no cpraceism (desriminateong non-members) in or outside of the game.

Order

If you break any of the above rules, you will get point(s). if you spam, you will get a point. the number of points depend on how serious the offence is. it can range from 1 to 12. when you join, you get a profile, and this profile has 0 points. basically, twelwe points and your out of the CPES. and you can’t join again for (over-flow points x 1 month) + 2 months. also, you may get moved down as punishment

every month, if there have been no more offences, the point count goes down 1. and if there have been no offences for 3 months, on the third month and onwards, it decreases by 4 instead of 1 . you can get points down other ways too, like doing an assinmate paticularly well or somthing like that.

i am thinking of making “negative points” as well for doing really well, but not now. Again, i will update.
